I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over a decade of experience helping adults navigate life’s more complex and overwhelming seasons. I am the founder of Central Plains Counseling and am licensed in both Oklahoma and South Carolina. I also provide clinical supervision for LCSW candidates who are working toward independent licensure.

I have a particular passion for working with individuals navigating life transitions, identity exploration, and relationship challenges, and I provide LGBTQ+ affirming care where you don’t have to filter or explain who you are.
