What services do you offer?We offer individual therapy for teens and adults through teletherapy in Oklahoma and South Carolina. We also offer walk and talk therapy in OKC
What insurance plans do you accept?We accept most major insurance plans and will complete an insurance verification prior to intake so there will be no surprises.
What should I expect for my first appointment?Your first appointment will be your therapist learning more about you and what brings you to therapy. Your treatment will be tailored to you specifically.
What are your out-of-pocket fees for therapy services?If you use your insurance benefits you may have a co-pay, we will review this with you prior to sessions. Our private pay rate without insurance is $125 per session.

How does teletherapy work?Teletherapy is essentially the same thing as in person therapy, except in the comfort of your home. You will receive a HIPPA complaint video link to join through any smart device.
